EN EL HOSPITAL CLÍNICO CUARTO PISO (MEDICINA) SE ENCUENTRA INTERNADO DESDE HACE DOS SEMANAS LUIS SOTO CÁRDENAS, PROCEDENTE DE PUERTO MONTT, DICE TENER DOS HERMANOS EN PUNTA ARENAS Y NECESITA QUE SE CONTACTEN CON ÉL
